I started Palma because I believe the best projects aren’t built through control — they’re built through collaboration.
My background spans Palm Beach real estate, design, construction, and development. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working my way up through Palm Beach’s top firms, contributing to some of the most distinguished homes in the country. From a design internship to project managing for a leading general contractor, to overseeing start-to-finish development with a South Florida developer, I’ve earned a comprehensive perspective of what it takes to build extraordinary homes. Today, I serve as the owner’s representative for UHNW individuals and their family offices, managing some of the most high-profile private residential projects in the country on their behalf. Often, we’re brought in when alignment is lost, stakes are high, and forward progress is critical.
Before leading complex projects, I learned how to lead high-performing teams. In college, I served as a rowing coach for our university’s inaugural team. We came in all shapes and sizes, but through precision, trust, and alignment, we consistently outperformed bigger, better-funded programs. It wasn’t about force — it was about recognizing each person’s strengths and sequencing them in a way that made the team greater than the sum of its parts.
When I transitioned into high-end construction and development, I saw the same dynamics at play. Too often, owner’s reps and project management firms led through brute force and control. Architects and designers lost flexibility, and general contractors stopped speaking up when field conditions didn’t match plans — leading to costly delays. Control might maintain order, but it stifles collaboration, efficiency, and ultimately, the creative integrity of a project.
Today, we lead projects to the finish line with structure and decisiveness — but without suffocating the professionals tasked with building your vision. Our architects, designers, and contractors are the best in their fields for a reason and we respect them. They do their best work when given the right runway. Our role is to clear obstacles, anticipate challenges, and build momentum — like a team rowing in unison.
We’re selective about the projects we take on. We work best with clients who value honesty, transparency, and doing things the right way — even when it means making tough decisions or investing more to get it right. We stay closely involved at every level — not to micromanage, but to protect the client’s vision, steward the budget carefully, and deliver projects discreetly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. We’re here to build lasting quality — and that mindset shapes everything we do.
Whether we’re guiding a legacy renovation on an impossible timeline or stabilizing a fractured team mid-project, our role stays the same:
“Leadership through collaboration. Commitment to your vision.”
